Why is Babynauts different?

We are here to provide parents and caregivers the confidence they need to care and nurture their little ones. Many retailers seldom know the products and materials used in what they sell, we want to be the exception. The products we offer have been vetted in the real world and have been designed with your family’s best interest in mind.

 

Our product selection includes only must-haves, most of these we’ve found to be life savers when raising our very own peanut: we are not trying to upsell you fancy or gimmicky items you or your baby won’t need. We want to be the exception.


What materials do you use?

It depends on our products, but we strive our best to stick to natural and organic materials as much as possible. In our pacifiers and aspirators, we used medical grade silicone (easy to sterilize and they do not contain Bisphenol-A, Phthalates or PVC).


Where can I buy your products?

For now we are only exclusively available through our website (www.babynauts.com).


Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the contiguous United States. We hope to ship internationally soon :)


Our products are suitable for babies and toddlers. Adult supervision is always required. Should there be signs of wear and tear disposed of products right away.

What ages are your products suitable for?


Due to nature of our products and sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns. All issued refunds will be for the item’s purchase price only. Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product is defective. Babynauts reserves the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements and we are not responsible for any lost returns.

What’s your return policy? 


If your order includes an incorrect, defective, or missing item, let us know so we can ship you a replacement. Please contact us through the so we can access your order. Please also include an image of the packing slip so we can verify how the error occurred. If the item received was wrong or defective, please also attach an image of the item.
